Registration
First, you must register in the registration system of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic at frs.gov.cz/courses.
To register, you will need your passport, a valid biometric card (ePKP) and access to your email account.
The course can only be successfully completed with a valid biometric card. If you are currently waiting for a new biometric card to be issued or have lost your biometric card, your attendance is still possible. Please note, however, that without a valid biometric card you cannot be issued a certificate of attendance or have a “completed” status set in the system. Once you have received your new biometric card, you must immediately contact the Integration Centre where you attended the course.
ePKP is a residence permit card with a chip with biometric elements or a biometric card. Its number can be found in the upper right corner of the biometric card.
You can register for the course even though you are not required to take the course. However, you must have a valid biometric card issued in the Czech Republic.
Adaptation and integration courses are organized only by authorized Integration Centres in the Czech Republic (a list of Integration Centres can be found here: https://www.integracnicentra.cz/rozcestnik-2/) If you are not sure whether you have already attended the course, please contact the Integration Centre.
Once your registration is completed, you must pay the course fee and wait for confirmation of payment, which can take up to 5 business days. Once the payment has been credited to the account of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, all available course dates in the Czech Republic will be shown in the registration system.
Yes, as long as you have completed your registration, your fee was paid and credited to the Ministry, you can register for any available course.
Payments
It may take up to 5 business days for the payment to be credited to the Ministry of the Interior’s account. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been credited. If more than 5 business days have passed since the payment, please contact the Integration Centre.
The Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic cannot issue a tax document because it is the exercise of authority in the field of public administration within the meaning of Section 5 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, which is not an economic activity.
If you entered the correct bank account number when you paid, but paid the fee more than once, you can ask for a refund. Contact the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic by email at oamp@mv.gov.cz
If you entered the wrong bank account number when making a payment, please contact your bank for assistance. If you did not enter a variable symbol or entered the wrong one, please contact the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic by email at oamp@mv.gov.cz.
The course fee can be paid by bank transfer or by QR code. Payment details will be displayed after you have completed registration in the registration system. When making your payment, please make sure that the details your enter are correct, especially the bank account number and variable symbol! If you don’t have a bank account, you can pay the course fee by a postal order, however, it takes longer to credit the payment. A QR code will be generated for a each payment with a unique variable symbol. Therefore, do not share your QR code to pay for another person.
Yes, you can pay the course fee from someone else’s account. When making your payment, please make sure that you enter correct details, especially the bank account number and variable symbol.
The course fee can be paid by bank transfer, QR code or postal order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay the registration fee at the venue in cash or by card.
Fines
If you have received a fine at the Department for Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, you must pay the fine by its due date and you need to register for a AIC as soon as possible and attend the full course.
The one-year deadline for attending an AIC starts on the day you receive your biometric card at the Department for Migration and Asylum Policy’s office.
Attendance of the course
If you are unable to attend the course you have registered for, you can cancel your registration via the registration system. You can delete your registration in My Registration. This will cancel your registration. If you need to cancel you registration less than 6 days before the course, you must contact the relevant Integration Centre and ask to be excused. If you do not attend a duly selected and paid course, you must provide the Integration Centre with a proper written explanation of your absence within four weeks of the date of the course. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
You must attend the full course to meet the legal obligation. It is therefore not possible to arrive late or leave early. In case of late arrival or early departure, you will need to take the course again in order to be issued a certificate of attendance.
Two breaks are scheduled during the course. Each break lasts 10 minutes. It is recommended to take small snacks with you.
There is no need to inform the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic that you have attended the course. All information will be recorded in the Ministry’s registration system once you have completed the course.
If you have lost your certificate, please contact the Integration Centre where you took the course. You can get a copy.
If you cannot arrive on time, please inform the Integration Centre immediately. Integration Centre staff will discuss the next steps with you.
