Registration to adaptation and integration course

Open the website frs.gov.cz/kurzy. Click on the button „přihlásit se“ and after that click on the button „Vytvořit nový účet“ button (it means ”Create new account“). Attention, you can register only if you have a biometric card, called ePkP.

A new window will pop up where you can start your registration. It is necessary to fill in all required data: citizenship, surname, name, date of birth, passport number, etc.

Scroll down the page, thoroughly read the text, and if you assent, tick the “I agree” checkboxes and click on the button „vytvořit nový účet“ (“create a new account”).

Click on the „Přihlásit se“ button (it means “sign in”).

Set your password and confirm your password again. Click on the „uložit“ button (it means “save”).

After you set your password a new window will pop up. Pay close attention to the following information. Please check with your employer whether your company organizes so- called “nonpublic/ private” adaptation-integration course for you. If you want to take a course in the integration center (so-called public course), tick the box “I want to participate in a public adaptation integration course” and click on the button „rozumím a souhlasím“.

Now you will see your payment information (bank account, variable symbol) and QR code, that is necessary for the payment for the course (this will not appear in case you are registering to the private/non public course). While making the payment for the course check the bank details thoroughly (the variable symbol in particular). You can enter payment details manually or use the QR code. The QR code is specific for your payment only. It cannot be used to pay for another person! Do not forget to check the entered data thoroughly. You can also pay for the course at the post office using a form called a „Složenka“ (“Money order”). Instructions on how to fill it out can be found in the video here.

How to know whether the payment has been accepted? You can check it in the “Payments and Fees” („Zálohy a poplatky“) tab. If the payment was accepted, the date of crediting the payment will be displayed. After the payment is credited, it is possible to register for the course.
